Unity is the last thing the SNP Leadership are planning for. It’s control they want with the Woke Juvenile Wing being the Police, Judge and Jury.. The control agents.

Cast your minds back to the end of May and the Aberdeen Independence Movement Conference which attracted barely a hundred delegates after being advertised for around six months and despite inviting about fifty different speakers to participate in the event. The “big” news story was that their Thought Police Division had come up with a code of practice for the Yes Campaign that set out the code campaigners would be obliged to follow if they wanted to campaign for Independence.

Some of the potential crimes included as detailed in their code were

Including, but not limited to, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, Anglophobia, ableism, misogyny, ageism, antisemitism, Islamophobia and ethnic-nationalism.Note the addition of ethnic nationalism, that is to ensure complaints against the franchise that cost us victory in 2014 could now be a “crime.”

They seemed confident they could police these. Note, no mention of invading ladies toilets to have a pee. Understandable, as that was a known habit of one of their leading male members who liked to boast about doing so. That would not upset voters would it? NO need for a code on that?

Their code was met with mirth in many quarters largely because the SNP already had a code of conduct as did the other parties and groups likely to make up the Yes campaign in the battle ahead. Folk thought it was just harmless virtue signalling from a pretty irrelevant fringe grouping. 

I have news. It wasn’t, these kids have substantial backing from very senior people in the SNP. I CAN REVEAL THAT A DRAFT RESOLUTION ON THE GROUNDS AS OUTLINED ABOVE HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TO THE AGENDA COMMITTEE FOR THE SNP CONFERENCE SEEKING TO IMPOSE THE AIM CODE ON ALL GROUPS AND ORGANISATIONS WHO WISH TO CAMPAIGN FOR INDEPENDENCE. IT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED  IN THE NAMES OF MIKE RUSSELL, ALYN SMITH, KAREN ADAM AND SIOBHAN TOLLAND.

Having surrendered their own party to Woke extremism they now seek to control every other Yes campaign group using the same tactics. It’s madness and it is all a sham. Let me explain, this is from a newspaper article of the Aim Conference In the Aberdeen “

Other comments from the Conference suggested Groups Like Alba and ISP must be excluded as they did not support GRA. This is a thinly disguised method to exclude everyone else from the YES campaign. It is a Yes takeover bid.

LET ME SUGGEST MY FRIENDS IF OPPOSITION TO GRA IS A REASON TO EXCLUDE ANYONE FROM THE YES CAMPAIGN YOU WILL HAVE JUST EXCLUDED THE VAST MAJORITY OF THE PEOPLE OF SCOTLAND.

I am not in the least surprised that Alyn” Daddy Bear” Smith is involved in this, the man who went off in the huff after he was kicked off the NEC as Policy Convener has always cultivated the young as his political constituency but I was aghast at reading Mike Russell’s name attached to this divisive nonsense. While we had our differences over the years I always recognised Mike’s abilities and valued his efforts. I have tried to evaluate why Mike would do this and can only presume he is following orders from on high. A ”loyal” step too far?

As I tweeted earlier when I got this news I thought it would be difficult to get it confirmed. My original source was happy to give me the info but was reluctant to give me other names who could confirm his leak was accurate as he did not want to presume on, or endanger, his friendships with other party members. I know and still keep in touch with a lot of people still active in the SNP so I phoned a couple of people and was eventually steered to some people who were happy to confirm the story on the condition their names were not published. These were interesting conversations that have given me more information on other topics which I will use on future articles.

Now I am well aware that SNP loyalists will try to make much of the fact that no names will be featured in this article. The reason? Virtually everyone within the SNP is,scared stiff of Nicola’s retribution or her terror twitter tots and bots who seek to smear and destroy anyone brave enough to speak out. So many have witnessed this happen to others.

Let me give you some direct quotes from the SNP MEMBERS I spoke with who agreed to them being published, but strictly with no names “ this is Disneyland politics, created by a merry band of youngsters who think being the Movement’s Police Force is where their role lies. Not for them the hard graft of canvassing, street work, no they are the volunteer thought police creating and monitoring rules to control everybody else that supports Independence. They do campaign but mainly only for their special interests”

“It’s crazy how can this be policed? How do you insist other parties and groups who have nothing to do with the SNP, HAVE TO AGREE AND SIGN UP TO THESE RULES BEFORE THEY CAN BE PART OF THE YES CAMPAIGN?”

To let you know how deep and organised the persecution goes one SNP member told me shortly before the last NEC elections four different candidates, not part of the “select grouping” but likely to prove popular with the delegates voting at Conference had various LAST MINUTE complaints made against them, all were instantly suspended thereby eliminating them from standing for office at the Conference. This used to happen in the Labour Party, until now I had never ever heard of it operating in the SNP. THESE ARE DARK TIMES INDEED. I never knew about this until a conversation this week. I wish I had. I have also learned that there are several people currently suspended, some not even knowing the charge they are facing after many months of suspension. Recent heart attack survivor Tim Rideout amongst them still awaiting a hearing. It is a flagrant misuse of power. the more so in that we know it is applied very differently if one of their own is involved.

I would appeal to the many decent people in the SNP to kill this stone dead. You cannot win Independence acting like this. You have no right to set these conditions on other non SNP Indy supporting groups and parties. To be honest nobody following what has happened to the SNP INTERNALLY since it fell under Woke control is going to allow the same thing to happen to their organisation. Something like this can only divide the YES Movement. It does not help, it harms. Don’t call for unity then behave like this. I have been supporting Independence for decades. I can say it has been rare, very rare, to come across any of these ” crimes” being committed. There again I was never trying to build a political career for myself off the back of these issues or bully and intimidate people during that time. Being part of the Aggro Police was never attractive to me.

Do not ignore this article because no names are published. I am sure the SNP will encourage you to do so but think on this for a minute. If names are published you know they will face harsh punishment. If because no names are published you discount it then the bully wins. They will have achieved the silence and blind obedience they need to carry out these dark arts.

Here is another strategy, ask the SNP if my story is true or not. They have time, the agenda is not yet selected. They can bin this resolution and claim it never existed.

You know what? Even though I know it is completely true, I would settle for that. 

I just want to see Scotland Independent.

BEAT THE CENSORS

Unfortunately some pro Indy sites operate censorship if a blogger dares to criticise the SNP, no matter how justified that criticism might be. This transforms them from being pro Indy sites to being only propaganda sites for one Party. By this very act they damage Independence by limiting freedom of speech. Never a very wise action.
