YOU SCARED? YOU SHOULD BE!

It is rare for me to start an article with a bunch of statistics but these are stark and need to be known and understood. When you read them you may wonder, as I did, why this was not the top item on the news. It struck fear in me, I think after you read them you will see the dangers as well.

Whatever happened to all that talk about a “smooth transition” about how Brexit was this huge opportunity and we had nothing to fear from leaving the Single Market? Call me old fashioned but these tables fill me with tremendous fear.

Now these figures are for the UK and the bottom table highlights the TEN TOP PRODUCTS EXPORTED TO THE EU.

I hope you notice, as I did, the enormous Scottish contribution that we make to the UK EXPORT FIGURES. Almost all of this list has a big Scottish contribution whether it be whisky, beef, lamb, fish or Salmon it will be Scottish products leading the way.

Now it should not be Iain Lawson’s blog making a big deal about this. It should be our political parties, our Government, the media warning us of the crisis coming, because figures like these make a crisis inevitable.

Nor should we accept COVID excuses either. Ireland, our nearest neighbours have spent 2020 battling their own COVID problems but experts estimate Ireland’s economy will have GROWN between 1%-2% over 2020. Westminster holds us down, holds us back.

This information needs to get out there, we need an informed electorate who know what disasters are befalling our nation because of policies inflicted on us, against our clearly expressed wishes, that are going to result in ruin for many business owners and many thousands of jobs in the very near future.

It is true madness to continue in the Union, poorly and corruptly run from Westminster and actively, every day, working against the best interests of the people of Scotland.

I have intentionally not written screeds about these terrible figures, the tables are self evident and there is no need to be an economics expert to understand the catastrophe they imply unless urgent steps are taken.

We can start in May by voting SNP1 on the first ballot and voting for the ALBA PARTY on the list vote creating that supermajority that will greatly free up our drive to Independence and normality. We have no time for further delay whether it comes from Boris or Nicola’s getting her “gold standard” Section 30 mirage!

Beat the Censors

Some bloggers are now being blocked from some sites by the Thought Police division of the SNP who want to control what you read every day.
