A MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ONE AND ALL

On what I hope is a season of goodwill and happiness wherever you live I want to wish all my readers a very Happy Christmas and a Happy, prosperous and peaceful New Year.

Speaking for myself I am looking forward to having all my immediate family round the Christmas table and tucking into the Christmas Fare. It’s also a period where I get the opportunity to meet up with my sister and her family. Always an enjoyable experience.

I find it easy to be thankful and appreciate how lucky and fortunate I am to enjoy a close family but I also recognise that for many that is sometimes not possible. My suggestion for what it is worth is to fill your mind with all the most pleasant moments you have lived in the past. To try to lift your own spirits. Use the new technology of Skype, Zoom and Facetime and contact friends or family who have moved far from your home. I am sure they will be happy to hear from you.
